No lab verification, no guarantees, no medical advice
Gluten claims on this site are independently researched from published sources and community reports. They are not verified by lab testing by Off Label. Brewing recipes and processes change without notice, and enzyme use can vary between batches. We cannot and do not guarantee that any beer is currently gluten-reduced or below any gluten threshold. Enzyme-reduced beer is not gluten-free and is not verified safe for people with celiac disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice; users with celiac disease or severe gluten sensitivity should confirm directly with the brewery before consuming, and should consult a qualified healthcare professional.
